● We (designer or company) agree to participate in the "Grand Fashion Icons", produced by Brandsun Promotion. We (designer or company) agree to attend the show and participate in press interviews.
● We understand that the fees stated above are the total fees associated with participation.
● If I/we (designer or company) cancel for any reasons, payment will not be refundable.
● I/We (designer or company) understand that "the Organiser" will provide a venue and a full production crew, agreements, including, but not limited to, a participant agreement and release and other agreement(s) as required by the Producer or the Network, or any of their licensees, successors or assigns.
● "the Organiser" hosts and sponsors are not responsible for current or future claims, actions, damages, which occur before, during or after your participation of you or your staff and models.

Terms & Conditions:-

1) Contest: Showcase: Garment/Accessory/Jewellery/Fashion/Designers during "Grand Fashion Icons"
2) Participation charges are non-refundable and final payment dues before the audition.
3) An exclusive package for full page print in lifestyle catalogue.
4) A full showcase of your line is mandatory.
5) An exclusive theme on Garment/Accessory/Jewellery/Fashion/Designers collection will be given to the finalist for Grand Finale.
6) Includes in fee:
Full production set up, location, lighting & sound, staging, hair, make-up, backstage crew, security, bio and logo on website, announce in press release and all marketing materials and event program, VIP passes for your industry guest and opportunity to network with industry, press, media, celebrities and trendsetters.
7) The applicant must agree to abide by all rules, as changed from time to time by the Organisers.
8) The applicant should be between 18 - 30 years of age. The applicant will be required to produce their age proof (Passport, birth certificate, voter id card, aadhar card, driver's license, etc).
9) The applicant or the applicant's immediate family should not be related to any person employed in contest sponsors and their sub - contractors, or any of the judges as informed to the applicant at any stage. In case of such a relation, the applicant must disclose the same immediately.
10) The Organisers are not responsible for any delays or non-receipt of applications on any account and for any reason whatsoever.
11) The regional round expenses (travel & stay) will be borne by the participant.
12) The applicant will have to participate in a disciplined and diligent manner throughout as per schedule given.
13) The Organisers are not responsible if the sponsors do not make the prizes promised by them.
14) The Organisers are not responsible for any loss or physical injury that occur to the applicant on account of their participation in the event. The applicant will participate at his/her own risk and can have no claim against "the Organiser" or any other sponsor company in any regard.
15) Incorrect information will result in disqualification, whether discovered prior to, during or after participation.
16) The decision of the judges is final in all cases.
17) Only persons of good health, sound mind and having no medical history of any mental illness and having a good moral character can participate made herein.
18) The applicant does not have any cases (criminal or civil) registered against his/her.
19) Only the applicant will be allowed inside the designated venue of the preliminaries.
20) The schedule of events and qualification rounds are subject to change at the discretion of "the Organiser".
21) "the Organisers" are not responsible for non-completion / non-occurrence of the event.
22) In the event of any dispute, "the Organisers" decisions are final and binding on the applicant.
23) The courts of Delhi have the jurisdiction over all disputes.
24) The participant(s) release and agrees to hold harmless from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage caused during the participation in the contest, or from the use of any prize.
25) "the Organiser" reserves the right of absolute discretion to modify any terms and conditions applicable to this contest as well as the right to withdraw/cancel the contest without any prior notification at its sole discretion.
26) Participation in the contest will be construed as an acceptance of the Terms and Conditions stipulated herein. In the event of dispute with the terms and conditions, "the Organiser" decision shall be final and binding on the participants.
27) Tips to win the contest are provided on the website for the guidance of all participants to enhance other chances of winning however such tips should not be construed as a guarantee to the participant to win the contest and / or modelling contract.
28) NOTE: Applicants are appealed not to upload data on facebook or any other/online social media website at all. This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with facebook. You are providing your information to the company & not to social media. The company reserves the right to use all data material etc. received as part of this contest as it may deem fit for its future promotions. The company shall have all necessary
rights, including, but not limited to, intellectual & other proprietary rights, in and to all submissions and all materials which is provide by the participant and / or winners.
29) WINNER: Participants shall be shortlisted for the final selection through a round of elimination conducted by "the Organiser". The selection of the winner by the judges will be based on the criteria decide by the judges / organiser & winning participants (WINNER) SHALL be selected from amongst the participants short listed by the “JURY” the winner shall be intimated by "the Organiser" through post mail or the website / facebook page. Selection of the winner shall be by a panel of judges comprising of eminent personalities of the fashion & modelling industry & the decision of the judges shall be final & binding on all participants may, at its discretion, at its declare more than one participant as the winner of the contest. On declaration of the winner, the winner shall intimate their acceptance with in 7 days from the date of announcement of the winner. The winner shall be required to submit appropriate identity cards for identification.
30) ACCEPTANCE BY THE WINNER: Acceptance by the winner constitutes permission for "the Organiser" to use the winner as a designer for advertising & promotional purposes of its brand OR ANY other brand or product of "the Organiser", unless otherwise prohibited by law. In the advertisement & promotion of "the Organiser", THE prize shall pass on to an alternate winner as decide by a panel of “JURY”.
31) INELIGIBILITY OF WINNER: if the successful participant found to be ineligible a (based on the failure to submit correct information or cannot or does not comply with these terms and conditions) an alternate winner may be selected based on the decision of the judges. "the Organiser" shall not be liable for entries, winner notification responses of prizes that are delayed lost misdirected, illegible, mutilated, incorrect or incomplete and such entries shall not be eligible for this contest once submitted entries including all entry data shall become the sole property of
"the Organiser". "the Organiser" shall have the right to rely on this clause, even in the event that
"the Organiser" learns of a person’s ineligibility subsequent to the announcement of winner. Return of the prize or payment of its value to Brandsun Promotion shall be required at the discretion of "the Organiser", if this occurs.
32) TRAVEL & EXPENDS: "the Organiser" SHALL NOT BE Responsible for the travel, food & stay expenses of the participants at the locations identified not by "the Organiser". All expenses incurred to the agreed expenses shall be solely borne by the participants. 
33) PARTICIPANTS DATA: the name addresses, telephone number, email, identities &
photographs of the participants may be used by "the Organiser" at their sole discretion,
34) GOVERNING LAW: THIS Contest shall be govern by and interpreted in accordance with the
laws of India and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Delhi court only.
