● I agree that the personal data provided in this Application Form and all subsequent material including audio and video interviews and all photographs can be used by "the Organiser" for purpose in relation to the promotion, marketing obtaining sponsorship and conduct of the content for broadcasting on television and exploitation of such programs throughout the world and may be disclosed by "the Organiser" to journalists, other media, advertisers, panel of judges for the contest and the public.

Terms & Conditions

“GRAND FASHION ICONS” (HEREIN AFTER REFERRED TO AS "CONTEST”) is promoted by Brandsun Promotion.
1) The applicant must agree to abide by all rules, as changed from time to time by "the Organisers". And Participation charges are non-refundable and final payment dues before the audition.
2) The applicant should be between 18 - 30 years of age. The applicant will be required to produce their age proof (Passport, birth certificate, voter id card, aadhar card, driver's license, etc).
3) The applicant should not / have not been married and never been through any ceremony directly or indirectly, either valid or invalid, whether civil, religious or tribal which is recognized as a marriage ceremony in any part of the world and should never have had a marriage annulled or never given birth to a child; have never been pregnant nor been a parent.
4) The applicant or the applicant's immediate family should not be related to any person employed in contest sponsors and their sub - contractors, or any of the judges as informed to the applicant at any stage. In case of such a relation, the applicant must disclose the same immediately.
5) The applicant should not be under any commercial contract with any modelling agency at the time of appearing for the auditions.
6) "the Organisers" are not responsible for any delays or non-receipt of applications on any account and for any reason whatsoever.
7) The regional round expenses (travel & stay) will have to be borne by the participant.
8) The applicant will have to participate in a disciplined and diligent manner throughout as per schedule given.
9) "the Organisers" are not responsible if the sponsors do not make good the prizes promised by them.
10) "the Organisers" are not responsible for any loss or physical injury that occur to the applicant on account of their participation in the event. The applicant will participate at his/her own risk and can have no claim against "the Organiser" or any other sponsor company in any regard.
11) Incorrect information will result in disqualification, whether discovered prior to, during or after participation.
12) The decision of the judges is final in all cases.
13) Only persons of good health, sound mind and having no medical history of any mental illness and having a good moral character can participate made herein.
14) The applicant does not have any cases (criminal or civil) registered against his/her.
15) Only the applicant will be allowed inside the designated venue of the preliminaries.
16) The schedule of events and qualification rounds are subject to change at the discretion of "the Organiser".
17) "the Organisers" are not responsible for non-completion / non-occurrence of the event.
18) In the event of any dispute, "the Organisers" decisions are final and binding on the applicant.
19) The courts of Delhi have the jurisdiction over all disputes.
20) Participants are required to submit the contest application form along with 4 recent colour photographs picture a front left right close up of the face wearing the western or Indian & also the six photo showing a full body profile shot of the participant wearing an Indian dress & holding pretending to promote any of the entertainment on the reverse side of the photo. Participants are urged to provide photographs depicting innovative facial expressions to
promote the products. Participants hereby undertake the all information / photographs provide by them are true & correct.
21) The participant(s) release and agrees to hold harmless "the Organiser" from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage caused during the participation in the contest, or from the use of any prize.
22) "the Organiser" reserves the right of absolute discretion to modify any terms and conditions applicable to this contest as well as the right to withdraw/cancel the contest without any prior notification at its sole discretion.
23) Participation in the contest will be construed as an acceptance of the Terms and Conditions stipulated herein. In the event of dispute with the terms and conditions, "the Organiser" decision shall be final and binding on the participants.
24) For online application: Participant should ensure that photographs are uploaded in JPEG file format only.
25) QUALITY OF PHOTOGRAPHS: the photographs send / uploaded with the contest application from by the participant should be of good print quality with clear facial expressions the photographs should be natural & should not be manipulated / system corrected altered in any manner.
26) Tips to win the contest are provided on the website for the guidance of all participants to enhance other chances of winning however such tips should not be construed as a guarantee to the participant to win the contest and / or modelling contract.
27) NOTE: Applicants are appealed not to upload data on facebook or any other online social media website at all. This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with facebook. You are providing your information to "the Organiser" & not to social media. The company reserves the right to use all data material etc. received as part of this contest as it may deem fit for its future promotions. The company have all necessary rights, including, but not limited to, intellectual & other proprietary rights, in and to all submissions and all materials which is provide by the participant and / or winners.
28) WINNER: Participants shall be shortlisted for the final selection through a round of elimination conducted by "the Organiser". The selection of the winner by the judges will be based on the criteria decide by the judges / organiser & winning participants (WINNER) SHALL be selected from amongst the participants short listed by the “JURY” the winner shall be intimated by "the Organiser" through post mail or the website / facebook page. Selection of the winner shall be by a panel of judges comprising of eminent personalities of the fashion & modelling industry & the decision of the judges shall be final & binding on all participants may, at its discretion, at its declare more than one participant as the winner of the contest. On declaration of the winner by "the Organiser" the winner shall intimate their acceptance with in 7 days from the date of announcement of the winner. The winner shall be required to submit appropriate identity cards for identification.
29) ACCEPTANCE BY THE WINNER: Acceptance by the winner constitutes permission for Organiser to use the winner to model for advertising & promotional purposes of its brand OR ANY other brand or product of organiser, unless otherwise prohibited by law. In the advertisement & promotion of "the Organiser", THE prize shall pass on to an alternate winner as decide by a panel of “JURY”.
30) FREE PORTFOLIO SHOOT: THE top 10 (ten) participants, other than the winner, as decided by Jury "the Organiser", SHALL RECEIVE free voucher from "the Organiser" to take part in a portfolio shoot done by the organiser new Indian models at one of its centres in either New Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Kolkata, "the Organiser" shall sponsor the portfolio shoot for the participants. The participants shall be required to bear all other expenses, including but not limited to any travel lodging & boarding & other incidental expenses.
31) INELIGIBILITY OF WINNER: if the successful participant found to be ineligible a (based on the failure to submit correct information or cannot or does not comply with these terms and conditions) an alternate winner may be selected based on the decision of the judges. "the Organiser" shall not be liable for entries, winner notification responses of prizes that are delayed lost misdirected, illegible, mutilated, incorrect or incomplete and such entries shall not be eligible for this contest once submitted entries including all entry data shall become the sole property of
"the Organiser". "the Organiser" shall have the right to rely on this clause, even in the event that "the Organiser" learns of a person’s ineligibility subsequent to the announcement of winner. Return of the prize or payment of its value to "the Organiser" shall be required at the discretion of "the Organiser", if this occurs.
32) TRAVEL & EXPENSES: "the Organiser" SHALL NOT BE Responsible for the travel, food & stay expenses of the participants at the locations identified by "the Organiser". All expenses incurred in to the agreed expenses shall be solely borne by the participants.
33) PHOTO SHOOTS: THE winner have the opportunity to take part in photo shoot & tv commercials provide that the winner has comply with all the TERM & CONDITIONS stated in the contract entered into with professional photographers & make-up artists, who will direct the lighting and other requirements of the photo soot would expect the winner to devote the required time & effort during the period of the photo shoot.
34) PARTICIPANTS DATA: the name addresses, telephone number, email, identities & photographs of the participants may be used by "the Organiser" at their sole discretion,
35) GOVERNING LAW: This Contest shall be govern by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Delhi court only.
36) You will receive a formal call/e-mail with all the details nearing auditions.
