Application Guidelines

General Eligibility Requirements : Each designer wishing to participate must submit this pre-qualification form. Upon approval, we will send you a contract and show information package, which will include schedule of show fittings and runway show times. To be considered for "Grand Fashion Icons - Achiever Awards", applications and materials are due no later than January 31, 2021. Please complete and submit your online application or email on: grandfashionicons@gmail.com, alongwith your non-refundable payment (Rs. 28,000/) deposit slip.

Includes in fee:

Production set up, location, lighting & sound, staging, hair & make-up artist, backstage crew, security, announce in press release and all marketing materials and event program, VIP passes for your guest and opportunity to network with industry, press, media, celebrities and trendsetters.

Submit the deposit receipt alongwith completed application form.
Chosen finalist designers will be notified before one week of audition date via email and phone that they will be our premier "Grand Fashion Icons - Achiever Awards", talent competing.

A virtual portfolio of your work (include as many of the following as apply):

Photos of at least three (3), but no more than five (5), of your completed designs. (Preferably shown on a model or a dress form) marked with their dates of completion.
Please include front, side, and back views and show a variety of looks for both day and evening, if you have them.

All applications must be received online only

Please note that we are not able to return application materials to you, and that you should carefully review the waiver and release forms at the end of this application.
